Return Policy

At Bot Media, we strive to offer the best possible digital marketing services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied with our services. In such cases, we have a comprehensive return policy in place.

Service Cancellation

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel your service contract within 14 days of purchase. Please note that you will be billed for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 30 business days of service cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-refundable Services

Please note that certain services, such as domain registration and third-party services, are non-refundable once purchased.
